Terms of service

Terms of Service

1. Conclusion of Contract

  1. The presentation of products or services on the website, in catalogues, or other promotional materials does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation for the customer to submit an offer.

  2. By placing an order through the website, email, or other ordering system, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract for the purchase of the selected goods or services.

  3. The contract is concluded only when the provider expressly accepts the customer's offer. Acceptance may occur through:

    • an order confirmation sent by email or in writing, or

    • the delivery of the goods, or

    • the commencement of the service.

  4. If the provider does not accept the offer within five (5) business days, the order shall be considered rejected.

2. Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. The purchase price and any additional charges are displayed to the customer before completing the order.

  2. Payment must be made using the methods provided at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

  4. If the customer is in default of payment, the provider reserves the right to:

    • charge statutory default interest in accordance with applicable law; and

    • suspend or refuse further deliveries or services until payment has been made.

  5. Any costs arising from failed payments, chargebacks, or collection procedures shall be borne by the customer where legally permissible.

3. Delivery Conditions and Timelines

  1. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  2. The estimated delivery time will be indicated during the ordering process or in the order confirmation.

  3. Unless otherwise stated, delivery periods begin after receipt of full payment.

  4. If delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond the provider’s control (including but not limited to force majeure, supply chain disruptions, or transport delays), the delivery period shall be reasonably extended.

  5. If delivery becomes impossible or significantly delayed, the provider will inform the customer promptly. Any payments already made will be refunded where required by law.

  6. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for the customer.

4. Retention of Title

  1. The goods delivered remain the property of the provider until full payment of all claims arising from the contract has been received.

  2. The customer must treat the goods subject to retention of title with care while ownership has not yet transferred.

  3. The customer may not pledge, transfer ownership of, or use the goods as security prior to full payment.

  4. In the event of a breach of contract by the customer, particularly in the case of payment default, the provider is entitled to reclaim the goods subject to retention of title in accordance with applicable law.
