Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders for our magazine are processed, shipped, and delivered worldwide through our Shopify store.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand (such as new issue releases), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship our magazine worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 4–10 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe (non-EU): 5–12 business days

  • North America: 7–14 business days

  • Asia & Oceania: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or seasonal delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method

  • Order weight or quantity

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will help investigate with the shipping carrier.

For international shipments, delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside our control, but we will do our best to assist.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

9. Damaged Items

If your magazine arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or solution.
