Return and Refund Policy (EU)

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer receives the goods (or the final item of an order containing multiple deliveries).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., email or written notice).


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

  • Items should be returned in the original packaging where possible.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The provider may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • digital content delivered electronically where the customer has consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us promptly so that we can arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
